How can people live with so little Gigabites on their MP3 devices.

I don’t understand how people can live with just 8gbs on their ipod, or even 4gbs on their ipod/mp3 device. I love my music, i don’t think i can go a day without listening to it, and to be limited by amount of space my Ipod/MP3 can hold would suck.
